There is good and hopeful news out of Washington today in the fight against breast cancer. The Breast Cancer Research Stamp is the first postage stamp of its kind dedicated to raising funds for a special cause. This historic stamp designed to save lives was first issued 10 years ago today at a special White House ceremony hosted by Hillary Rodham Clinton.
