I have leukemia, in remission.  I follow a very strict diet of no sugar, process/junk food, very little meat products (esp red meat), lots of fruits and vegetables, Artemisia 3xd, 20 mg of Melatonin at bedtime, and 3000 Vit C and an enama daily.  I eat a hand full of cashew nuts (roasted and salted) at each meal time, for fiber.  Are there more benefits?  I eat cashews, because those are the nuts I like best.
