Ancient technique outperformed 'sham' acupuncture in large review

Acupuncture was extremely effective in treating the intense pain and numbing in my hands following chemotherapy. I developed severe neuropathy during chemo and both my hands and feet, and also lost all of my finger nails and toe nails (they did grow back). After about half a dozen acupuncture treatments, the pain in my hands was gone and has not returned.
