Possible reasons for disparity include fewer blacks undergoing surgery

The percentages are so close it hardly the time & effort from the writer. If black patients were treated equally to whites, ie, access to surgery & specialists the percentages would be closer again.
I have had Renal cancer stage 4 for the past 2 years & I don't thick it is discriminent in anyway.
