I have a very dear 28 year old friend with secondary bone cancer. they said it started in in breast and now she was told she is at stage four. She is so young and confused about everything. She keeps asking me questions about her cancer because her family is trying to keep things from her. They do not want her to give up , so they did not even tell her she was in stage four.I guess my question is ........Being at stage four with secondary bone cancer, what is the out come for her? She is doing the chemo and radiation at the same time.

Hi, I seen your email. Tell her to do some research and ask her oncologist. She needs to know everything that's going on with her body! Where is her secondary cancer at? in the breast or somewhere different?

yes......her secondary cancer is in breast. right now, she is walking with a walker because she can not walk with out one. she has been told she has multable tumors all down her spine. Her hip has a fracture. they said it was because of the cancer. They talked about putting pins in her hip for support but, decided not to because of all the cancer in that area so instead they did radiation on her hip.No talk at all about removeing the breast or any kind of treatment , except for the chemo that she has been on.She has a 6 year old little girl and is a single mom. she needs answers, but not really sure what to ask the doctor.
