My 79 year old mother had her bladder removed in Jan. 05. In the last six months she has had numerous infections in and around her stoma. She has been on antibiotics almost continuously for these six months. My fear is that infection is going to kill her. She is extremely healthy aside from the fact that she cannot keep the infections at bay. She has no other health issues at all. When she is not on antibiotics or fighting infection she is vibrant and full of life. She is clear headed and articulate and wants to live without the infections. Her only issue with nutrition is that she does not eat enough. I want to start her on a healthy drink each morning, protien, amino acids, probiotics, greens, cranberry, omega oils etc. What would you add to this to stop infection?
