My mum was diagnosed gall bladder cancer stage IV last June at her age 59. From April~June she just had fever every day, coming at 5:00pm and going in the early morning like 3:00am...
She had operation on July and no chemo since then, as I know chemo may only hurt her immune system. She had Chinese medicine for several month, before the same type of fever comes back again last November.. CT shows, it comes to liver 2cm*2cm.....
We gave up the gama knife and things like that, coz I know it won't help.
Until now,she is having the Chinese medicine(different prescription by a famous florida doctor, Dr.Ni) , but fever just never goes. It is so on time that even not to give my mum a rest for a single day..
What is good is, till now my mum had no other symptoms, yes, I mean no other symptoms, no juidice, no pain, everything else goes well, just the fever, which hurts her energy a lot....
Anyone else has any suggestions or same experience on why the fever just never goes?
