My mom had her right kidney removed in February. He recovery wasn't too bad. She was sore but the medications helped and after 2 weeks she was feeling really good. At 3 weeks she was almost fully recovered but at that time we found other problems - her cancer had spread to her brain and lungs. It is that that we are dealing with now.
