I'm very confused.  Some cancer diets forbid or restrict fruits (Budwig, Young, Macrobiotic) while others strongly emphasize juicing vegetables and fruits.  Any suggestions?  Thanks.

I am not familiar with the diets you mentioned other than the Budwig which actually advocates fruits. see this website for info... http://www.cancure.org/budwig_diet.htm The naturopath that I saw when I was first diagnosed recommended a diet for me after doing a number of tests and ascertaining the nutrients etc I needed to build my immune system back to optimum efficiency. I would think each person would have different needs.I personally drink twelve to sixteen ounces of freshly juiced organic carrot juice per day and also twelve to sixteen ounces of concord grape juice per day. If you are interested in having a copy of the food regimen etc that I follow just to compare notes I will gladly send it to you if you contact me via the personal messaging on this board. Blessings Shemay
