Hello everyone,
I would first like to write that I have never read so many messages from so many courageous, loving strong beautiful people.
My heart truly goes out to each and every person who this terrible cancer has effected. The compassion, support and understanding from everyone is incredible.
I had some messages on this board a few weeks ago regarding my mom. She is the inspiration in my life, I have always strived to be like her. My mom is so very beautiful inside as well as outside. She is the kind of person who never puts herself first who truly shines with empathy and love of all living creatures.
She was diagnosed with advanced pancreatic cancer with only a few months to live. It has turned out that the doctors misdiagnosed her. She has diffuse Large B cell non-hodkins lymphoma. They are not sure what stage she is in (maybe 3) but can now be treated. She is currently undergoing chemo; 6 cycles 21 days apart. The good thing is she will now have years instead of months. The reason I am telling everyone this is because at the time when she had "advanced pancreatic cancer" I would not have been able to get through it without the support of those on this board. I want to express my gratitude and appreciation for all the support and prayers that went out to our family. Thank you SO MUCH, I will never forget how so many people from all over this world reached out and gave us such support, love and prayer.
God Bless everyone, my prayers will go out to each and everyone of you.
Bobbi
