I have had CA19-9 twice which showed a 29 and then another test showed a 30. I have had a CT and a Pet Scan which showed fatty replacement of the pancreas. Blood work is all normal. Stool scans show no blood, no white blood cells. I have had weight lossof 19 pounds and pain on left side but no jaudice or darkcolored urine. What is next step and can I be sure I do not have pancreas cancer?
PS. I have also been tested for Diabetes and had a Endoscopy.

Hi,
I would make sure I'm seeing a PC specialist to rule it out.
