I am in a similar situation. I had thyroid cancer a number of years ago. Then I had my ovaries & tubes removed almost 6 years ago because of highly suspicious masses (one proved pre-cancerous). The decision at the time was to leave the uterus. I have had on & off bleeding for 15 mos. More recently significant pelvic pain & pressure especially during & after urinating. I don't know about the size of the uterus, but the endometrium was 10. I am older than you - 48. I am having a CT scan this week & a D&C the following week. Please let me know how things worked out for you.
