Efudex And Dpd Enzyme Deficiency

Does anyone know exactly what the symptoms are if you have DPD?

I took myself off Efudex this week. I’d been using it since January- had all the horrible side effects that are typical. It really shook me up when I rapidly began to loose my vision, balance and suffered from life altering fatigue. The final blow was the stomach problems that lasted a week --I thought it was going to kill me. The doctor said it would take around 2 weeks for the efudex get out of my system. It’s been a week and I do feel better, however, at times the dizziness is as bad or worse and my vision is getting worse.  I’ve done searches but find them either vague or difficult to grasp.

I need plain ole simple English that I can understand!!
