2.5 weeks ago I noticed some sudden pain in the groin area.  Doc said probably an infection and not to worry about the palpable lymph.  Within a few days I then had pain in the left groin and could feel another node.  Another dr. says the nodes are normal(they are about pea-sized)  Now I am having night sweats, legs feel heavy and noticing a few small red dots on my skin.  My blood tests showed a slightly elevated platelet level, a low mpv and a high percentage of auto gran ANC) i think that is neutrophils.  Slightly lower % of auto lymph  Groins burn really bad when sitting and while my nose is clear it constantly feels dry and full of blood.  Any thoughts.  The pain is horrible and my wife thinks i need mental help.  Also, mri was fine.

Hello!

First I will tell you I am a medical professional, although not a doctor...I am a registered xray/mammogram/ct technologist.

You need to get a second opinion.  Do a web search about lymphoma. Most of your symptoms fit. I will however say, there are many medical conditions that can have the same symptoms.
