Hi,
I'm a newbe and was wondering if anybody has some good ways to help with sleep. I have been having a terrible time sleeping. I wake up every hour after 2:00 am. I have a lot of fluid in my lungs, and constantly need to cough it up. I find the only way I can sleep is on my side; my whole life I have been a back sleeper so this is not at all comfortable for me.
I would appreciate any ideas. Thank you.
