Premarin Law Suit

I took Premarin for 28 years, and have been diagnosed with breast cancer which is estrogen receptive. Does anyone know of lawsuits for people that took only Premarin...not Provera. I live in TN and the statute of limitations runs out in a couple of months.

If you are ER pos then yes you have a case. This is the main thing that the atty's asked for.

I am, at this time, in a lawsuit against the makers of Premerin and that was the main thing that the Atty's looked for before they would take the case.

I am a bit confused. I have breast cancer and took Premarin for 15 years.

I am negative receptors. Did I understand correctly that if my receptors are negative, I am unable to file a lawsuit against the Mfg. of Premarin?????
