      <description>I am a bit confused.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;I have breast cancer and took Premarin for 15 years.&amp;nbsp; I am negative receptors.&amp;nbsp; Did I understand correctly that if my receptors are negative, I am unable to file a lawsuit against the Mfg. of Premarin?????</description>

      <description>If you are ER pos then yes you have a case. This is the main thing that the atty&amp;#39;s asked for. I am, at this time, in a lawsuit against the makers of Premerin and that was the main thing that the Atty&amp;#39;s looked for before they would take the case.Good Luck&amp;nbsp;</description>

      <title>Premarin Lawsuit</title>
      <description>I took Premarin for 28 years, and have been diagnosed with breast cancer which is estrogen receptive.  Does anyone know of lawsuits for people that took only Premarin...not Provera.  I live in TN and the statute of limitations runs out in a couple of months.</description>
