Heaven Gained Another Angel

My husband, Mike, age 57, went peacefully to Heaven on April 27 at 2:25 a.m.  He died with a smile on his face, so Heaven must be a beautiful place.  Mike was diagnosed with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma in January, 2006.  He fought so hard, and did everything possible to stay on earth as long as he could.  He made a huge impact on many, and will be missed tremendously.  While I grieve that we will not grow old together, I celebrate that I had him in my life for 30 wonderful years.

I am so sorry about your husband. I hope you feel his presence with you rest of your life.This is very hard to say good bye to loved one. My mom is also suffering form metastatic breast cancer which spread to liver and bone. I dont know what is waiting for us in future.She is everything to me. My father passed away last year. And i was overseas. I fly to see my parents and the day before i arrived my father died all i have to see is his cold face. It was really a shock for me to hear the death after arriving home from the airport. I took my three months old baby girl to show them after three long years. My father bought all the beautiful things for my daughter but he missed her only for one day. Some time i ask my self why i didnt go one day earlier , if so atleast my father can see her granddaughter. and now my mom is becoming very sick. i dont know why i am telling all this but i need to share all my pain with some one who know how it feels so loose some one you love.

Enjoy every moment you have with your Mom...just soak her up.  Those we love simply change addresses, but they are always with us in our hearts.  I have had signs from Mike that all is well, and I know he lives in eternity with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  What a reunion that will be when we meet again!  You are in my prayers.

May God bless and comfort you>  My Mom diagnosed with same cancer in June of 2006>  Such a hard one to beat and she is fighting hard as well.  I was also a young widow for other reasons so i really feel for you.  Let yourself be sad when you need to be and take the good of Mike on with you,  God Bless

 Thank you so much.  My 14 year old and I are just taking life one day at a time.  Some days are good, some not so good.  Give your Mom a big hug for me and tell her to keep up the good fight!
