I am 42 years old, and I am going though a battery of test right now. About a month ago, I went to the hospital with horrific pain in my upper abdomin and back. They did a CT thinking I had pancreatitis and found that I have several masses. One huge one on my pancreas and several in my kidneys. The DRs are telling me now that they are sure I have lymphoma. I do have some symptoms, but not all. Is it possible to have lymphoma in several places and not have some severe symptoms? I would love some input. The only symptoms I have right now are extreme fatigue, and some loss of appetite, and 2 swollen glands under my jaw that are painless. Since the pain in my stomach is gone, I can now eat a little. They did a pancreatic biopsy and it didn't show any tumor cells, but my pancreas looks really bad. It is full of necrosis, which is usually from heavy drinking. I don't drink, so how did that happen? I go in for a kidney biopsy on the 24th. I would love to hear from someone who knows anything about lymphoma in the kidneys or pancreas.
Thank you!
