Recurrent Plurel And Pericadial Effuisions

Subject: recurrent plurel and pericadial effuisions

Hi im new to this site, I was just looking to get some advive on my mother who has been in intensive care 4 2 1/2 months now with recurrent plurel effusions she has a chest drain in l / r side and they have collected 10 litres of this fluid they have sent it for cytolgy and the report came back saying metetastic malignant neoplasm also cell in cell growth i was just wanted to now what this means i now its cancer im just not sure what type if some one could please help me to understand what all this means i would be very gratefull
