Hi,
my dad who is 69 years old has had lung cancer for about 3 yrs. he is
right now not on any chemo due to the fact that his body cant take anymore unless something new comes out and the dr says there is a chance it might help him but he is doing radiation at the present time.
in the mean time my poor dad just got the word tonight that he has bone cancer in his pelvis and his 2 rib cages he saw the radioligist today for treatment and the dr said he can get this taken care of too. seems kind of positive!?
Now since his pelvis area is killing him and he is getting out of the hospital soon mom wants to buy him a special bed to make him more comfortable. does anyone know of a certain make that would make him feel more comfortable during this time? someone mentioined the sleep number bed any suggestions?
