Hi,
My mother has non-resectable Pancreatic tumor. She has undergone 2 rounds of Chemo (1200 mg Gemzar X 6 weeks over 2 months) and a round of concurrent IMRT (54 grays) and 120 mg of chemo. The tumor has metastatized to liver and we are planning to start a combination therapy of Tarceva (150 mg) and 1200 mg of chemo for her. I have ready all the available literature on this on the net and want to know first hand from someone who has tried this combo or in the process of trying one. What are the side effects and how is the treatment working out.
