Reasur, please have the decency to stop your useless threads- there are people who really suffer and need good advice from this forum! Please don't forget what Cancer compass is for: "empowering cancer patients to make informed decisions". Your threads and your agenda do not in any way serve this purpose, as they bring nothing new and valuable. If you don't stop, people may just quit writing on this forum if their personal dramas are mixed with your useless remarks and cheap jokes.
On the other hand Witchdoctor and Oncrx make very valuable comments that are:
1. according to general knowledge on prostate cancer that can be confirmed on many other websites
2. specific with regard to situations described on this forum by patients or their carers.
Both conventional as well as alternative therapies for prostate cancer are well described in many threads and people are free to confirm the information elsewhere or with their physicians before making treatment decisions. And the MDs who are taking time to respond here give valuable advice, sometimes suggesting several possibilties of treatment, not necessarily that of their own speciality. And they also discuss diagnostic options; a correct interpretation of blood test or imaging results is as important as the therapy itself. People who have doubts about radiation can choose any other therapy and they may well look into HIFU or even nutrition therapies if they so wish.
So please stop your attempt to disgrace Witchdoctor; his advice is really needed by many who write here and we should rather thank him for taking his time to give his advice in almost every case.
