Acupuncture for boosting immunity against cancer

I have soft tissue sarcoma (STS) of MFH. Resection was done two months ago and radiation treatment just started 4 days ago. After the radiation treatment, I will go into the monitor phase to see if any metastasis happens. 

Medical study concluded "chemotherapy in the treatment of extremity soft tissue sarcoma remains uncertain. This approach cannot be adopted as the standard of practice for all extremity soft tissue sarcomas. If there is a survival benefit for adjuvant chemotherapy in extremity STS, it is probably small"

My friend who is an acupuncturist told me that there are several points that generally improve one's body immunity and should be tried. So, I bought per his recommendation the electro-stimulator instrument and with his instruction and started the acupuncture treatment. Hope this helps preventing or minimizing the metastasis.

If you, the reader, know of acupuncture experience for immunity against cancer, I would appreciate greatly your sharing of such.

I dont think anything wrong with trying it.  Sometimes you have to try several times before seeing any differences (same as Chemo - several rounds to see some improvements right???).   My mom has tried the healing touch and quantum energy therapy along with accupuncture session (3 times so far).  I only see her skin is better, her mood is improved a bit based on the doctors + nurses said.  I dont have any other proofs yet as my mom is on trache ventillator !
