Thank You For Being Here

I want to thank all of you who have sent kind words of comfort.  I am gratefull for a place such as this to share my thoughts and concerns and also know there are others with the same.

My father lost his battle with liver cancer Friday.  My wish is that only good things happen in the future for all of you and your families. I don't want any one else to go through the pain and sadness that is with me every moment. I know this will become less with time, but at present it seems it will never end.

Being able to share this with others that I know will understand is comforting.  Thank you and my thoughts are with all of you.

I am so, so sorry for your loss.  This illness is so cruel and tragic.  It is so hard to lose one's parent.  Allow yourself as much time as you need to grieve.  Peace be with you.
