Hello Everyone,
A few weeks ago a member of Team in Training, an organization that helps to raise money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma came into my work and did a presentaion.
I was very moved by this because I have a very dear friend going through treatment for Hodgkin's. Although my verbal support is greatly received, I wanted to do more; therefore I have decided to joing the Team in Training campaign and participate in a 1/2 marathon. My fundraising goal is $1900, which 75% goes directly to the research and treatment of those going through cancer treatment.
Although a contributions are greatly appreciated just spreading the word is just as important. I want people to know that they can make a difference.
