Subject: Glassy eyes and exhaustion
Date: 07/03/2007
The nurse says the Chemo can cause the glassy eyes... but I explained to her that he had the glassy eyes before he started the chemo, she said oh... so I still don't have the answer.. He is so exhausted this time around.. just has no energy... we thought he was dehydrated last time gave him fluids and boosted him back up and was able to take his treatment.. when he gets up he is light headed and stumbles sometimes falling. He's just real weak... said he feels the worst this time than ever before.. I've tried very hard to get him to drink his vanilla Boost and he refuses... I'm still trying.. gonna try Orange sherbet homemade for the 4th see how that goes...he says its just to sweet. any edeas to tone it down would be so helpful... he just doesn't like the sweetness...Thanks in advance...Ms C
