My father passed away about two months ago and I still come back to read about every other day. Everyone keeps telling me it will get better with time but lately it just seems worse. Im actually starting to relize hes gone now I think before my brain was to shocked to belive it. Im not to close with my mom right now and I dont know how to tell her that I need to see a counsoular. I have no one to talk to because now one understands and its just not the best subject to bring up with my siblings right now. Is there anyone who could reccomend something to me,anything?
My mom is a heavy smoker and I am scared that maybe she could be at risk for lung cancer, and i am only fourteen loosing another parent at this age would be even more of a disaster. My sister is 28 and my brother is 18. So its not like I am the oldest but I dont know how to help my mom. She told me after all of this with your father is over with i will try to stop but I relized it. Its never going to be over hes gone. Is there anything that I should suggest to her?
