Worse Prognosis Factors

Subject: worse prognosis factors

I was recently diagnosed with small lymphocytic lymphoma. My pathology flow cytometry reports had three worse prognosis factors , expression of CD38, zap-70 and deletion pq11.  I am not sure just how significant these factors are  and whether or not it means I have a poor chance of  remission.Has any one else received reports with these factors?
