Can you help me find a lawyer? My wife passed away June 20, 2007 from matastic pancreatic cancer. She did not receive treatment for the liver, where the cancer had spread. She received chemo treatment drugs designed for breast and colon cancer. I would think this to be malpractice. Can anyone help?

First off you need to realize how difficult this cancer is to treat. Secondly, do more research on the internet about the various ways to treat this type of cancer because the stage and metastis is important. Lastly, from my experience with my mother passing on March 15th, 2007, you have to just let go. You will find support on this forum, but for the most part I don't believe people are looking to sue doctors, hospitals, etc.
