Subject: Adenocarcinoma of the stomach

hello, i have used this before, my dad passed away almost three months ago, but im not here for that today. My friends grandma was just diagnosed with Adenocarcinoma of the stomach, and i was just wondering if anyone can tell me about it, because I would like to help him but I have no idea about it and neither does he any advice? please help me
