PFT and lobectomy

I am to have a PFT today in order to determine how well my lungs function overall. THEN if I do well enough, I need to have a lobectomy for my right lower lobe's cancer. Does anyone know what numbers I would need to "pass" this PFT? Prayers are welcome.
