Subject: what to expect after brachytherapy

Hi All, My dad had brachytherapy almost 3 months ago and is experiencing extreme tiredness and flu like symptoms, is this normal? Has anyone else out there had these side effects? I lost my beautiful mother a year and a half ago to Pancreatic cancer aged 57 so I am very scared for my dad. Please if anyone can help with what to expect I would be so grateful. Tina x
