Subject: Thrombocythaemia - transformation????

Hello, other ET patients,

 

My name is Csenge from Hungary, I have diagnosed ET since 1995. Lately my platelet dropped under normal limits (77.000), have splenomegaly and portal hypertension. Does someone out there has experience about ET turning to Myelofibrosis? What can I expect?
