My mother had IMRT for a bone met beginning last month and the treatment was completed in early July. She has had tremendous fatigue and she still has some numbness in her legs and hands which prevents her from walking without a walker. She is getting some physical therapy at home but needs to get stronger in order to begin a new treatment. Fortunately, her pain is reduced. Has anyone had experience with the numbness and fatigue and how long it might last? Any information you might have is greatly appreciated.
