Date: 07/27/2007

My worst fear has come true.  He had a Ct scan today and we weren 't even home yet and my cell phone rang, it wast he doctor and wanted to see us right away.  He has non small cell lung ca stage 4 and on teh ct scan it ahowed a 1cm lesion on his brain, he sees the radiation-onologist tuesday to begi radtation treat ment to the brain, I am so scared what if he forgets me or our daughter, or how to take care of himself, I feel all alone, i am only 35 a fulltime nursing student and our daughter is only 10. We are very honest with Heather, but I feel bad that when I am in school she has to take care of dad if he needs it, Any advice would be helpful. Does anyone know the side effects of the radiation to the barin, Thank you for listening

Charlene
