Subject: Relapse after Allogenic
Date: 07/27/2007

Hi my 50 y/o sister underwent allogenic transplant in May. I was the donor and we were an incredible match. Unfortunately 78 days later her leukemia is back. Last lab work indicated her blasts were 67%!!!! and platelets down. Are we out of options? Can anyone tell us what to expect? Will she continue to receive transfusions, as necessary. At what point will all medical interventions stop? How much time does she realistically have left?

Thank you.
