Where can one enter into a clinical trial for prostate cancer using noscapine?

I would also like to ask where can one buy Noscapine ?

Is the noscapine lowering your psa?.  My husband has a rising psa and he is looking into getting noscapine . Where do you get it ? Are there side affects?
