Nexavar Without Prescription?

Subject: Nexavar without prescription?

I am trying to find out if I can obtain Nexavar for a cousin who has liver cancer and lives in Iran. He has had chemotherapy for six months without much success. His doctor just told him that what he needs ia Nexavar. Unfortunately, Nexavar is not available in Iran. Does anyone know if there is a way of buying it in the US without an American prescription?
