Flora Essence Herbal Tea

Has anyone tried or heard of this herbal tea for a cancer curing process. Surprisingly a friend of my told me she was drinking the tea and she found that the tea helped with shrinkage in her turmor.
Has anyone heard of this tea? I looked on the web for info about it and it has all natural ingredients and I also asked my Dr. about it.
He said it would not hurt to try it because of the natural ingredients. It is a detoxin product. It can be found in the health food stores.

Yes, I have used Flor Essence brand teat to treat my cat for primary liver cancer. This is a brand of Essiac tea, which was originally brought to the public view by a Canadian nurse, Renee Caisse (Essiac is her name spelled backwards). I've had great success in treating my cat. He did have surgery to remove two lobes of his liver, but since the surgery in Feb. 2004, I have not had him on any chemo or allopathic treatment. I've only given him the Essiac tea daily, along with a dose of SAM-e to support his liver. The last time I took him back to his oncologist, she was shocked to see that his remaining tumors had shrunk, and she said "Keep doing what you're doing, because it's working." There is a wealth of information on the web about Essiac to treat various types of cancer. The best site I have found is essiac-info.org.

But, as a note of caution, some allopathic cancer drugs have known interactions with some of the herbs in Essiac. For example Avastin has a known interaction with Burdock root. I wouldn't expect your doctor to know about the interactions, as they are not usually well versed in homeopathic treatments. I have been passing the word of this wonder tea to everyone I know, even those without cancer. My husband has brain cancer and has already been throught the radiation and still presently chemo. He started taking it around the third dose of chemo. He used to be a vegetable on the couch by the second/third day (5 days total), sick as a dog and no energy. He looked so pale and withdrawn and was losing weight due to the fact he had no appetite. His blood levels were all over the place and needed a few transfusions. Since he has been taking this Essiac tea (floura essence brand), his blood levels have stayed normal, his coloring is fabulous, his energy is still murred that week but nothing like he was, he doesn't feel half as sick as he did, his weight has stayed the same and he still has his hair (it's actually growing back from the radiation) The doctors are amazed. They told him what ever he is doing keep doing it. What a difference it has made in his quality of life. The tea also helps boost your immune system, which you need to keep up because all of the treatments tear down your immune system and you don't need to get even more sick. It also claims to help radiation and chemo work better. He's also taking beta glucan. You need to buy "Beating Cancer with Nutrition" by Patrick Quillin asap. It's a must read. NO SUGAR! For Millennia the native people of North America have used the healing power of herbs to strengthen the body's defences.
