Hi, My husband has been out of treatment from July 2003. He had massive treatment for nasopharyngeal stage 4 advanced. He now has severe fibrosis resulting in spreading to the upper chest vascular system. His treatment was front, back, both sides. The more being on the right, which is where fibrosis started, but is spreading. He already takes the Trental with vit. E. I've looked into the Pirfenidone trial with no luck. He gets frequent flare up things with fever swelling etc. He has been on multiple antibiotics, and prednisone. Does not last more than one month for relief. Any suggestions may help. I am in frequent contact with his doctors, and they will try anything they can within protocol. Thanks for any advice. B Johnston

I am no doctor B, but it would seem that all cancer patients, regardless of the treatment they are receiving could benefit from the many alternate treatments others have found helpful... there is an internet site under the guidance of a dedicated team of doctors, site name escapes me at moment, who keep researching every kind of alternate treatment, and the success stories individuals are having with such alternate treatments.... success being equated with, reversal of symptoms, being cancer free, tumors shrinking, blood tests showing up no cancers cells and people living long after the forecast expected time they were supposed to die. Plus even those terminal, having a better quality of life in their last few months, than had they not used alternate treatments...

Then there is new technology and research that seems to give unbelievable hope to all people suffering major illness... glyconutrients... they, the medical fundis, have even re-written the medical text books to include chapters on this new discovery... and the first doctors to learn this very important missing piece of human nutrition have already graduated, so why not  look up the information, read for yourself and let your husband try it out, who knows... it might just be what his system needs to help him fight his illness and might even prevent the fibrosis from spreading...

It is claimed to have helped many with some of the very worst illnesses, diabetes, fibromyralgia, multiple sclerosis, various cancers, asthma, allergies, the list goes on and on.... It is not disease specific... what it does is on a cellular level  is it becomes an integral part of the human cell communication system which without all 8 essential sugars has broken down into a system unable to communicate with the rest of the body... this communication system once restored, then gets the body's own fighting, healing nutirtional systems back into their proper working order and the body then begins to heal itself even as it was originally intended to do!  Its worth the effort trying it out....some people, esp children, respond very quickly, others take between 2 to 6 months for genuine improvement or reverse of a very severe condition to be seen...Just do a google search for the word Glyconutrients and it will take you to the site... I am not an agent, just another cancer patient trying to find a way to reverse my own situation... but if others have found it to work, there is no reason to keep this information to oneself.... pass it on, someone else might benefit from this...

Kindest regards,

LeeLee2

My mom had stage 111b nsclc and one of the course of treatments was radiation therapy. About four to five months after the radiation therapy was over whe develpoed radiation nepanitis or numunitis, which is scarring of the lungs this then turned into fibrosis. Since it was on her lungs this made it difficult for her to breath. Unfortunately they said in my moms case there wasn't any treatment. This is a rare side effect from radiation therapy, from the research I didi it looke like only abou 15% of radiation patients get this. Good kluck toyou and god bless you. I hope I have been of some help to you.
