I'm from the United States.  North St. Louis, Missouri to be exact.  And no I don't mind you asking.  I sincerely feel there is something very wrong and I don't want to die before it is discovered.  It isn't just depression and fat.  I know how you feel though.  I have had these symptoms since childhood and the doctor I was going to never mentioned PCOS.  I have been having these abnormal periods since I was 13-years-old and was told it was normal.  I'm just tired of being cast aside like an annoyance because as you said it is very hurtful.  They do much harm when their oath tells them to do no harm.  I suppose that's why it is called the "hypocritic" oath:)
