My sister was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer within the last month.  She is having difficulty eating, not much appetite and can't keep much down. I am wondering if anyone has a website for recipes that lend themselves to digestion by pancreatic cancer patients?  I'd love to be able to make some things and stock her freezer with items that she will find appealing and can easily digest.  Thank you in advance for any assistanc you can provide.

if you go to www.pancan.org you'll find some diet there. No fat, no red meet or chicken, very light or no sugar, no east, fruits, vegetables, fruit or vegetable sauses, juices, cream-soups, pureed food, smoothies, shakes (skim milk, or soy milk, which is more pleasant), farina, or milet for breakfast, dry fruits, fish, etc. 5-6 light meals per day, with 6 cups of liquids per day

My mother-law had the same problems with her pancreatic cancer. My wife found that her favorite fooods from before her problems were the only thing she wanted to eat. Most of the time it was just her favorite desert. This probably wasn't the most healthy thing for her to eat, but she did enjoy it and we figured it was better than not eating.
