Cellulitis is inflammation (swelling and irritation). Induration is something hard.
Re: antibiotics: if a bacteria in sensitive to an antibiotic, it means that the anitbiotic will probably kill the bacteria. Resistant means that the antibiotic will probably not kill the bacteria. MRSA (methicillin resistant staph aureous) is a bacteria which is resistant to many antibiotics.
