My Mother is so sick and i need help to get her here in the USA from Kenya to be treated. The Bile duct is blocked and there are no doctors who can open it for now. I can pay for her fare from and back. I need a good samaritan who can help me get her here for the treatment. I need a letter i can present to the embassy for the visa. please help, help.
