What Is The Difference Between Cancerous And Non Cancerous Lymph Node?

Subject: What is the difference between cancerous and non cancerous lymph node?

I have a swollen lymph node in my groin area.

It is soft and mobile, ultrasound confirmed it's size 0,4 cm.
Is this cancer?

I know that in order to determine a cancerous lymph node a biopsy is needed.
I want to know about the difference, soft or hard of size and shapes.
