Going To Be Doing 2Nd Treatment Of Chemo

next week will be my second  time  for chemo,had  ovarian cancer in july , i no they  did alot of work in there  but i still am having  cramps . its  in my stomach some times  some times in my left side in the groin area  the  mass  was  in the left overy which  was  cancer also had cancer in the  other  overy  too .     i hope im  wrong   but  i keep saying it s  cause  they did alot of  work  in there  , i go   to do my next  chemo  next tuesday im  doing  carboplatine  they say  i wont  lose my hair  it may thin out   has  any  done  carboplatine  chemo if  so  how  did u turn out, i no  my next  day after  will be  rough  and  a few  days  after that  im very unsteday on my feet  but   other then  that   the  following week i felt  pretty  good except  for the  cramps im  getting , i try not to  worrie  but its very harf  not too  any info i can  get is  help ful thank u barbara

hi! i'm one year further along the line than you: july 2006. i also complained about a bad pain i had in the left groin area which nobody at the hospital cared about! walk around, take a pain killer etc that was what they said.....1 year later, still have the same pain which turns into a killer cramp if i walk or sport too long: it now turns out that it is a cyst on a lymph node pressing on a nerve...& they cant help because puncturing it could puncture my intestine; anyway, i try to live with it & not overexert it, then its ok. also had various aches & pains in the abdomen thru the last year, some caused by injections i had to have: so don't worry 2 much! tell your onc about it & i'm sure that he can reassure u! harriet
