Just wanted to encourage all the warriors with our good news. After only 2 rounds of sutent, my husband's cancers are shrinking!  Praise God! The one on his kidney has shrunk, nodules in his right lung have also shrunk, his lymph nodes have "maintained", and no fluid in left lung. His doctor said his counts were good and gave him a release to go back to work. He is starting his third round of sutent today. He is on 50 mg and has very minimal side effects. He just turned 60 and had never been in the hospital or had surgery before he was diagnosed in mid May. He had a "orange sized" mass on his kidney with mets to both lungs. The doc said at the time of diagnoses that he was stage 4 with a 3-6 mos life expectancy. They did not remove his kidney or do any surgery. His only treatment has been the 2 rounds of sutent. We are believing the Lord for healing and complete restoration. I have a great site for healing scriptures and testimonies if any of you are interested. It is www.savedhealed.com. The bible says that God's word is medicine to our flesh, Prov. 4:20-22

My prayers are for all of you fighting out there. We need each other's prayers, advice, info, and support. I believe that this site is great to reach out to others with encouragement and our prayers. Thank you all and I will keep you posted on Ronnie's progress.

Thats great news. Sutant is working well for him. I hope and pray they find a cure for this dreaded disease.  They are new medicines that came out also for Renal Cell in July. I pray for all Renal Cell patients they keep finding new drugs to cure this disease.

Best of Luck to the both of you.

Enjoy each day

Bernadette
