Thanks for your reply Griff. Instead of nebulizing your mouth you rinse with water and suction all the time, so would it not be easier to nebulize your mouth & nose at the same time as you nebulize your trach?

My brother-in-law went through the same thing as you. He used the prototype of this device and found it kept his mouth and nose moist and reduced the amount of times he had to rinse and suction - as well as reducing the amount of times he had to nebuize.
Prior to using this he had a bleedout due to being so dry (he hated nebulizing). The device kept everything so moist he didn't have a second bleedout.
Like you he was on a feeding tube and unable to swallow as he had SCCH&N Stage IV.
