sorry i havent been able to keep in contact with every one but my computer is down so i have to use another one , just wanted to say i am getting ready in a few weeks to have my 3rd treatment of chemo carboplatine and i havent lost my hair i been feeling pretty good this past week just a bit bored lol the pain has gone in my stomach and i feel pretty good right now i have to say the 2nd treatment was rough but i made it threw it all i can say is i cant wait till it is all over and done with still scared that its still there but i try to keep a positive thought but its hard am thinking about going to a support group i think it will help me alot . i still am having some issues with my bowels but hopefully that will get better soon . will keep in touch barbara

Hi Barbara, just wanted you to know, It's all worth it. You hang in there and stay up. I took stool softs everyday just to be safe. The meds really mess with your body. Thanks for the update, keep in touch we are all here for you, God Bless

keep up the good spirit! i found that pains in my legs only lasted about 3 days & had 2 good weeks for every bad week! i also started the stool softeners the day before chemo so there wouldn't be too much backup! that was the only thing that helped + laxative drops, but the antinausea pills (cause of constipation) were well worth it; when i felt a bit nauseous i drank coke, managed not to throw up once! hang in there, there are only 6 treatments! harriet

thanks for all the input from every one , i cant believe how good i been feeling i tell every one and my self including to just hang in there too thnks for the in put on to tk stool softener before chemo it will help me so i will do it .
